29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. The employer did not conduct periodic inspections of their energy control procedures including the gas boiler, dust collector, finger jointer, planer, chipper hog, belt sanders, molder, gang saws, rip saws, and various other equipment throughout the facility. L & N Hardwoods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062419, citation number one, item number three, and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at W7447 Anderson Avenue Shawano, WI 54166.
