29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a. On or about December 11, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, an inspection was not conducted by a competent person capable of correcting hazards such as falls, which could result in employee injuries. Rubens Spray Insulation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204339, citation number 1, item number 5a and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5 North Oakley Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612.
