29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. WORKSHOP: The employer had not reported to OSHA within 24 hours the in-patient hospitalization incident that happened on November 21, 2018, whereby an employee sustained an eye injury while unclogging a drain at 11-BWilliam Street, Greenwich, CT using clobber, containing sulfuric acid.
