29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer does not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Employees are exposed to fall hazards while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels, and are unable to recognize or minimize the hazards associated with a fall. The employer does not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The following instance most recently occurred on November 20, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite: a) Employees engaged in residential construction activities, and working at heights exceeding six feet were not trained to recognize or minimize fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
