Dowa THT America, Inc. located in Bowling Green, OH: On or about November 13, 2018, the employer did not ensure three 55 gallon drums of a category 3 flammable liquid, Daphine Oil Coat RL 55-NB, located adjacent to the oil dipping machine in the repack area, were stored in a properly constructed flammable liquid storage room or flammable liquid storage cabinet.
