29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about October 2, 2018, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing roofing work without fall protection from a pitched roof surface having a ground to eave height of approximately 18 feet. Paragon Roofing Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185603, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2017, with respect to a worksite located at 1142 Asbury Ave., Evanston, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
