29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Signal Machine Production Area- Sew-on Area: On or about September 21, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in that an extension cord was used with an industrial fan (Heat Buster; model number: unknown, S/N: B00) as a permanent source for wiring.
