29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Veranda Blue, 2500 W 4th Ave, Denver, CO 80219: On and before August 24, 2018, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were subjected to annual maintenance checks. The employer used a portable fire extinguisher that last had an annual inspection in 2014. This condition exposed employees to burn hazards.
