29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. Date of Violation: On or about 08-20-2018 and times prior thereto, located at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709, onboard and beneath dry-docked submarine USS Wyoming (SSBN 742): The employer did not provide OSHA 300 logs and OSHA 300 Summaries upon request by an authorized government representative within four (4) hours during an open inspection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
