29 CFR 1926.51(f): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees: (a) The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities in the work area for employees who were sand blasting and painting so the employees could wash their hands and faces before eating, drinking or smoking. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET)
