29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): a) Plant - On or about 06/14/18 and at times prior thereto employees operated forklifts including (but not limited to) the yellow Caterpillar (LPG-powered), the red Nissan (LPG-powered), the green Mitsubishi (LPG-powered, and the yellow Caterpillar (LPG-powered, spray booth). The employer did not certify that operators had been trained and evaluated. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
