29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Site: At the Warm Edge table, in the facility at 5 Cudworth Road, Webster, MA 01570 on 9/7/2018 extension cords were left permanently in place to energize a fan, computer and monitor that were not in proximity to electrical outlets. Saand US, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1288786, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 4/4/2018, with respect to a workplace located at the facility at 5 Cudworth Road, Webster, MA 01570.
