29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(7): The employer did not document, maintain, or retain for a minimum of 12 months the items checked, the results of the inspection, the name and signature of the person conducting the inspection, and the date of the inspection. a) 1229 Bayshore Ave, Brigantine, NJ; On or about 06/20/2018, Jersey Devils LLC employees were operating a 1969 Bucyrus-Erie Model 22-BM Crawler Mounted Crane while conducting dock building /repair activities. The operator had conducted the required annual inspection. The inspections were not documented and maintained or retained for a minimum of 12 months by the employer. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
