29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system: (a) 3005 MERIDIAN COMMONS, MECHANICSBURG, PA - Employees installed roofing supports on the East side of the roof area of the three story structure, and the employees did not use fall protection, which thereby exposed the employees to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet to the ground below, on or about May 9, 2018. (b) 3005 MERIDIAN COMMONS, MECHANICSBURG, PA - Employees installed roof sheathing on the roof area of the three story structure, and the employees did not use fall protection, which thereby exposed the employees to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet to the ground below, on or about May 9, 2018. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
