29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2) Elements of an emergency response plan. The employer shall develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which shall address, as a minimum, the following areas to the extent that they are not addressed in any specific program required in this paragraph: 1910.120(q)(2)(x): Critique of response and follow-up. a) On April 24, 2018, the employer had not developed the method(s) to critique an emergency response and following up on any noted deficiencies during the emergency response in the written emergency response program.
