29 CFR 1910.213(b)(6): Operating treadle(s) on woodworking machine(s) were not protected against unexpected or accidental tripping: a) On or about 4/25/2018, Foot pedal control for the conveyor to the Roller in feed belt for the planer was missing the guard over the treadle creating a struck by hazard. Aacer Acquisition, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(b)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230133, citation number01, item number1/b, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/9/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 970 Ogden Rd., Peshtigo, WI 54157.
