29 CFR 1926.1203(e)(2)(iii): Before an employee enters the space, the internal atmosphere must be tested with a calibrated, direct-reading instrument, for oxygen content, for flammable gases and vapors, and for potential toxic air contaminants, in that order: a) At the worksite, near 88 Dupont Street Johnstown, PA 15902, on or about April 12, 2018 - The internal atmosphere was not tested for oxygen content, for flammable gases and vapors, and potential toxic air contaminants prior employees entering the space. Employees entered a 30" sewer pipe to adjust the pipe liner.
