29 CFR 1910.215(d)(1): Wheel(s) on grinding machine(s) were not sounded (ring test) and inspected for damage before mounting: a) Polishing Department - Employer did not ensure that ring tests were conducted on the abrasive grinding discs before installation on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
