29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 26, 2018 at the worksite located at 8700 Johnson road, alexander, Arkansas, employees were standing on the edge of an unfinished garage without fall protection, exposed to a fall distance of 10 feet. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling to the ground below. Ignacio Arias was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177736, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8708 E. Woodruff Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas. Ignacio Arias was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 983127, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3201 Falling Water Road, Sherwood, Arkansas.
