29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with effective information and training in their work area at the time of their initial assignment. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 88818 543 Ave., Bloomfield, Nebraska, 68718 on January 18, 2018.
