29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building Exterior- southeast side: Employees engaged in roofing work on a three story residential structure, at an approximated height of 35 feet, were not protected from a fall hazard to the lower surface. The employer failed to provide a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about, 12/11/2017 Jersey Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130473citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (4/8/16), with respect to a workplace located at 94 Echo Place Elwood park NJ 07407
