29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include at least an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer and the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: On or about January 3, 2018, the employer had not provided the detailed training as required for such hazardous materials/chemicals as, but not limited to the propane, machine oil, natural gas, and acetylene in use on site. Zarbana Aluminum Extrusion, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230978, citation number 1, item number 5d and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 41738 Esterly Dr. Columbiana, OH 44408.
