29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about November 28, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 19 feet. The employees were performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 246 7th Street, Barberton, Ohio 44203. The employees were not trained on how to recognize potential fall hazards or procedures to minimize the hazards.
