29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Office Area; On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to access an ice machine that had a 110 VAC outlet box in near proximity with an unused opening not effectively closed. Southeast Forest Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(ii)(D), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133673, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/24/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4596 Washington Ferry Road, Montgomery AL 36108.
