29 CFR 1910.134(i)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that compressed breathing air met at least the requirements for Grade D breathing air described in ANSI/Compressed Gas Association Commodity Specification G-7.1-1989. On or about October 19, 2017, in the Paint Area where employees used compressed air to supply a Bullard NOVA 2000 Air-supplied respirator without the employer ensuring that the breathing air met the requirements of Grade D.
