29 CFR 1910.177(g): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing single piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(g)(1) through (12): (a) On or about September 28, 2017 and at times prior to that date, for the employees who performed mechanic work on large trucks, tractors, trailers, and off-road machines in the maintenance shop at 400 Main Street, Adams, North Dakota.
