29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Two-Story Single Family Home: An employee engaged in demolition work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately six feet above the ground surface while performing work on the top step of an A frame step ladder, on or about 10/02/17. b) Two-Story Single Family Home: An employee engaged in demolition work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately four feet above the ground surface while performing work on the top step of an A frame step ladder, on or about 10/02/17. John Prevete Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1211076, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 263 Rt. 46 West, Wayne, New Jersey.
