29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Main and Back Shop: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to live electrical conductors where panel openings for circuit breakers were not filled or covered. b) Main Shop Near West Exit: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards at a light fixture with a missing knockout plug ninety-two inches above floor level. c) Back Shop: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards at the back wall (near flammable locker) where an energized electrical box was missing a faceplate and knockout plug.
