29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. On or about August 10, 2017, the employer did not provide the OSHA logs within four hours to an authorized representative. OSHA logs were requested during the opening conference and were not received until the end of the day. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
