29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: a) Outside welding area: An ABC rated fire extinguisher provided for use with welding equipment was not maintained in a fuly charged condition, on or about 8/11/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
