29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures: JOB SITE: 130 Grimsley Station Road, Saint Louis, MO 63129, on or about 7/24/2017, workers were observed on top of single story house's roof, actively installing new roof shingles, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. ABOVE THE REST ROOFING & EXTERIORS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962877, citation number 2, item number 2, issued on 3/19/2014 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 423 W. Woodbine Avenue, Kirkwood, MO 63122. ABOVE THE REST ROOFING & EXTERIORS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 428211, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 8/23/2012 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3596 Triple Crown Drive, Florissant, MO 63034.
