29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): On or about 8/8/2017 in the production areas at 1 Wingfoot Way NE, Social Circle, GA: Where employee(s) operated a powered industrial truck near other workers with severely worn tires, broken fork pin lifts, and propane support bracket latch zipped tie. The employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until the repairs could be made.
