29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were bot effectively closed: a) On August 11, 2017, unused openings on the Yaskawa GPR 315/V7 were not closed. Super Lopez Food Products and Tortilla Factory was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1120058, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7314 Harrisburg Boulevard, Houston, Texas.
