29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) a) Between 1st and 2nd garage doors (left to right from north wall), Propane parts garage, 511 West Park Pike, Tamaqua, PA - 511 West Penn Pike, Tamaqua, PA - Employees worked with unlabeled containers of hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to kerosene and waste oil and were exposed to the hazards associated with using and/or dispensing unknown chemicals, as observed on or about July 20, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
