Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system Location: 216 Dupont Ave a) Employees exposed to struck by hazards while performing roofing work on a residential house approximately 10-feet above the ground surface, were not protected from fall hazards. Violation occurred on or about 06/30/2017.
