29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARDS WHERE NECESSARY) (a) On or about October 25, 2017, on east wall of the shop approximately 65 inches above floor level, adjacent to the Ritter Frame Assembly Easel and the Castle Router, a junction box containing energized wiring was not covered. (b) On or about October 25, 2017, on the west wall of the coffee area (AKA: future break room) approximately 71 inches above floor level, a junction box containing energized wiring was not covered. (c) On or about October 25, 2017, on the west wall of the coffee area (AKA: future break room) approximately 43 inches above floor level, a junction box containing energized wiring was not covered.
