At this establishment, the employer did not ensure that two in-patient hospitalizations that occurred on or about May 03, 2017 at 9:30 am were reported within 24 hours to OSHA. The Fort Worth Area Office received information from the River Ranch Apartment on May 05, 2017 at 08:45 am.
