29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: On or about May 9, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard up to 11 feet while installing roofing material on a residential roof and a suitable fall protection system was not used. Dealer Installation Services, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1076318,citation number 2, item number 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 06/09/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 1011 N. Maplewood Ave, Peoria, Il 61606.
