29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(ii)(I): 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): When used as permitted in paragraph (g)(1)(ii)(I) of this section, the flexible cord was not equipped with an attachment plug that would be energized from an approved receptacle outlet. (a) In the warehouse, a 24 volt battery charger, bolted onto a pallet was connected/direct wired with a flexible cable to the side of a 3 phase 480 volt AC breaker switch box.
