29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Scaffold platform more than 2 feet above or below point of access, was not provided with a ladder or direct access from another structure or other equivalent safe access during use: a) 110 Main Street, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 foot, 7 inches from the walking/working platform to the ground below when a ladder or direct access from another structure or other adequate safe access was not provided resulting in the employee climbing the scaffold components to access the platform. Occurred on 05/08/17. Three Brothers Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159861, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/19/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 20 Hummingbird Court, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
