29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): a) Maintenance department- On or about April 21, 2017, employees who lifted and carried materials, molds, and other heavy equipment and supplies in the facility used a Toyota sit-down type LP-gas forklift, model 7FGCU25 SN # 73736. The employer did not certify that employees who operate forklifts were trained and evaluated. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
