29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Roof - on or about April 21, 2017, employees performing carpentry work on a steep sloped roof, were exposed to fall hazards more than six feet above grade without any means of fall protection used. b) Front Window - on or about April 21, 2017, an employee performing framing work was working in an unguarded window opening, exposed to fall hazards at greater than six feet from grade without any means of fall protection used. c) Lot 16 Cumorah Ave. Center Valley, PA - on or about April 21, 2017, employees were performing framing work on a residence and were walking on the first floor with an unguarded hole opening, exposing a more than six feet drop to the basement level. Ultimate Development Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175607, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 13 in Center Valley, PA. Ultimate Development was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1184057, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 9 Dickinson Lane in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
