On or about April 13, 2017 at 89-02 37th Avenue, Jackson Heights, NY 11372 (Meat Department) The employer failed to provide employees with eye protection who are required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to; E-Z Suds containing Isopropyl Alcohol, Epic Dical 2 containing Quaternary Ammonium Compounds and Clorox Bleach containing Sodium Hypochlorite to clean equipment throughout the building. B.)
