Power Construction LLC, was previously cited for a Willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952737, citation number 02, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/08/15, with respect to a workplace located at Warren Street and Liberty Street, Concord, NH, 03301. Power Construction LLC, was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008050, citation number 02, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/08/15, with respect to a workplace located at 340 Nashua Street, Milford, NH, 03055.
