29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. (a) Jobsite On or about April 05, 2017 employees used wire rope slings attached to an American 5299A crawler crane. The slings were not identified with a tag with the recommended safe working load.
