29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Worksite: On or about 3/29/2017, eye and face protective equipment was not used when an employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun C&J Construction and Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134060, citation number 001, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/28/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Centre Street, Rumford RI, 02916.
