29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Rough Mill, on or about 3/22/17: Junction box along the gluing conveyor platform for the Doucet RT-100 gluing wheel did not have the unused openings effectively closed in that the knockouts on the box were pushed in.
