29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Holiday Inn, Elkins: On or about March 21, 2017, employees were sheeting an 8:12 sloped pavilion roof that measured approximately 10 1/2 feet eave to ground without the use of a fall protection system.
