29 CFR 1904.32(a)(1): The OSHA 300 Log was not reviewed to verify that the entries are complete and accurate. Deficiencies were not corrected. On or about February 16, 2017 and there prior: a. the employer did not ensure that the 2016 OSHA logs accurately reflected the approximately 4 days away from work (H), about 35 days of job transfer or restriction (I), wrong entry of other recordable case (J), (K), and (L) for February 24, 2016. b. on June 3, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the 2016 OSHA logs accurately reflected the approximately 30 days of job transfer or restriction (I), wrong entry of other recordable case (J), and (L). c. on September 28, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the 2016 OSHA logs accurately reflected the approximately 35 days of job transfer or restriction (I), wrong entry of other recordable case (J), and (L). d. on September 29, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the 2016 OSHA logs accurately reflected the approximately 2 days of job transfer or restriction (I), wrong entry of other recordable case (J), and (L).
