29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Restroom- The floor, sink, toilet and surrounding areas were not kept clean and cluttered with trash on or about February 16, 2017. b) Block Plant Breakroom - There was dust and dirt on the floor, horizontal surfaces and on appliances such as, but not limited to, a toaster, a coffee pot and a microwave. There were also cobwebs in the corners and dirt and dust on food boxes and packets, on or about February 16, 2017. c) Block Plant, West Wall- the refrigerator that contained employee food was not kept clean on the inside, on or about February 16, 2017. d) Break Room Near Control Room - the water fountains and bottled water dispensing areas were covered in dirt and dust, on or about February 16, 2017.
